To help me get fit, message me the following:
Run- I’ll find time to go running for 10 minutes
Abs- 25 crunches and 25 sit ups
Legs- 50 jumping jacks and 30 second plank
Butt- 50 squats
All- do all of them and somehow fit it into an hour on the same day?
